Raelke Grimmer is a creative non-fiction writer and an applied sociolinguist. She is currently completing a PhD in creative writing at Flinders University, and holds a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Creative Writing) from Flinders University and a Master of Arts (Applied Linguistics) from the University of Adelaide. Raelke’s work explores themes of language and identity, multiculturalism, and multilingualism. She is a lecturer at Charles Darwin University, and her creative work has been published in Griffith Review, Meniscus and Dubnium, and is forthcoming in Westerly.
